ABLE signs MoU with Choose New Jersey and Institute For Life Science Entrepreneurship (ILSE)

ABLE signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Choose New Jersey, Inc. and the Institute for Life Science Entrepreneurship (ILSE) at an event held at the Taj West End, Bengaluru. The MoU signing was graced by the esteemed presence of Lt. Governor Tahesha Way from the State of New Jersey, marking a significant step in advancing bilateral cooperation in life sciences innovation and trade.
This partnership comes as part of the New Jersey-India Commission, an unprecedented initiative established through an executive order, making New Jersey the first U.S. state to create a dedicated Commission with India. This strategic initiative underscores a shared commitment to fostering collaboration, promoting trade, and Driving investments between India and New Jersey—two key hubs for life sciences innovation.
ABLE’s association with ILSE began in August 2021 with a previously signed MoU that introduced flexible partnering models, collaborative programs, and joint activities to accelerate innovation in biotechnology and life sciences. Building on this successful foundation, the renewed partnership reflects a strengthened focus on advancing entrepreneurial opportunities, facilitating cross-border research initiatives, and fostering commercialization of biotech solutions.
