BIO is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Rosalind Franklin Award for Leadership in Industrial Biotechnology and Agriculture to be presented at theBIO World Congress, from July8 -11 at Des Moines, Iowa.

Nominees should be visionaries, exhibit leadership qualities, and have pioneered efforts inindustrial or agricultural biotechnology. Applicants should demonstrate significant innovative contributions in a field integral to the advancement of a biobased economy.

The award will be sponsored by theRosalind Franklin Society, whose goal is to support and showcase the careers of eminent women in science.

Deadline to Submit a Nomination:April 9, 2019.
