The Department of Biotechnology has an electronic library consortium (DeLCON) since 2009, having access to 1000+ online journals facilitating research in the country.

At present, DBT autonomous institutions and some institutions from NER are members of this consortium, who are having direct access to DeLCON. DBT has announced that DeLCON resources are now available to all the scientists (PIs, Co-PIs etc.) of DBT funded ongoing projects under ‘Fair Use Policy’ through indirect access.

The pdf of articles will be made available to you under ‘Fair Use Policy’ which allows use for your own research / academic purpose only and prohibits further circulation of these pdfs to others. All the DBT supported scientists are encouraged to take the benefits of DeLCON.
